I’d rather hire Zombies than some of the people we see employed in Nashville. When we receive an application for an apartment (as an example), we run the credit and criminal records; then contact the employer to verify their job. Again and again, we discover that someone with serious criminal records (remember, we’ve checked), is employed at a job working around innocent bystanders, or handling case. Yesterday, an HVAC employee with aggravated burlgary charges (would you want him checking your thermostat?); a woman with aggravated criminal child neglect who is working as a CNA. How does this happen? NO ONE BOTHERED TO LOOK! Remember, everyone is nice when they want something!
